eLearning Consultant - Cheryl Eyre
Performing Arts background; star of stage, screen, classroom, recording studio, video, trod a few boards in her time, but now only interactive white ones. Taught most subject areas and age groups, again performing, sorry teaching, classes of students. Long term interest and links with technology and ICT, worked with synthesisers in late 1970's (remember the Moog with its patch bay!!) 1980's became an intense music techie, but attended treatment centre and is now in recovery, but people keep tempting her back. Other main interest skiing; heavily into ski racing and coaching young national/ international skiers but have little resistance to Lemming type behaviour of throwing herself down steep snowy mountains on 2 plastic planks.
eLearning Consultant - Kudsia Batool
After being expelled from formal education half way through year 2 at Dale Primary school (I was abandoned and raised entirely by wolves until the age of eleven) I was adopted by Quakers, whose core values of tolerance, pacifism, humanitarianism, coffee mornings and long lunch breaks have formed the cornerstone of my belief system to this day. After moving to New York and writing a guide to Moroccan cookery techniques, I devoted my energies to working with children in inner City Derby.
More astute readers will no doubt realise that Kuds has lived a quiet life... she joins us having worked as a Primary Teacher.

An English Literature graduate from early in the last century Steve was lured by hypnotic flickering lights and whirling tape reels into the dark and mysterious world of high technology. He has many years of valuable experience in turning things off and then back on. Steve used to be a member of the BBC's computer support team, and could often be found hunched over local herione Jo Whiley's keyboard or across the Broadcasting House canteen from Ricky Gervais. He grew tired of the gittering media world and the constant, shameless showbiz name-dropping, and now hopes to use his powers for good. For a laugh, tell Steve how much you enjoyed the last three series of Buffy the Vampire Slayer - or, if you have an hour or two to spare, ask him about the new series of Doctor Who.
