The Learning Discovery Centre champions learning, the management of learning, and the ways in which learning will be transformed.
All educators want to see standards rise, and Northampton has invested heavily in new buildings, training and materials. We know that new resources and developing skills are important, but at the LDC we believe that ideas and attitudes make an even more fundamental contribution to change.
We have shared our creative vision of new approaches and attitudes to learning with schools across the county, in one-day events at our centre and every combination of inset training, one-day and multi-day activities in schools. We have led projects for new technology and new approaches to technology in schools and on-line.
